But Lakshmi says pitching isn’t just for entrepreneurs seeking investors. It’s a core skill whatever your role in the organization. You want a raise, a new assignment, or more resources? You’ll have to pitch your boss. And working on a team, you’ll need to pitch colleagues to win support your recommendations. Same goes for getting people who report to you to buy into your agenda.
